Nightly Rates:
- Nightly $1475
- Summer $1675
- Holidays $1875
- 3 Night Minimum
- 4 Night Minimum Summer & Holidays
Additional Fees:
- $300 cleaning fee
- 14% Marin County Occupancy Tax
- $125/night for each additional guest over 4 guests
Refundable Security Deposit:
- A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required
Payment Policy:
- 100% of payment is required in order to hold the reservation
House Rules
Check-In / Check-Out Times:
- Check-in anytime after 4:00pm
- Check-out before 11:00am

Cancellation Policy:
- Should you need to cancel your stay, we will refund all monies received if you cancel at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. For cancellations at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund 50% of the rental amount.
